What in the world happened to Pursevalley.cn and Perfectwatches.to?

Most people who have ever thought of shopping for replicas have most likely heard of Pursevalley and their sister company Perfect Watches. They were a notorious company, and have been up for practically forever – I mean I have been shopping for replicas for over ten years and have seen their sites up since the beginning when I first dipped my toes into replica bags. I was always tempted to try them at first, and did and I got burned and learned a key first lesson in replica shopping: you will make mistakes until you find a good seller.

But now their site is down (it has been since early August). I have heard that many people who ordered in July are hanging on by a thread as their money has been taken however their orders have yet to be fulfilled. I am not surprised Pursevalley decided to go out like this by ripping people off, since any sophisticated replica shopper should be aware they are a very scam-y operation even when they were up. Their bags did not last and their lies were aplenty.

Will Pursevalley pop up again? Who knows? When I think of Pursevalley now I get reminded of a childhood game I played called Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? I guess the only question that remains now is what in the world happened to Pursevalley.cn and PerfectWatches.to?

After perusing online I see that people were told they were moving warehouses and that all the products on their site was showing as sold out. Maybe their factory was busted or maybe they just decided to shut down their operations after screwing people over for years. One thing is for sure though, Pursevalley has left a sour taste in many replica shoppers mouth’s, and for many it was their first bad or mediocre experience when shopping for replicas. Whatever the case, whether Pursevalley got busted or shut down, I for one am happy to see them go, and hope they don’t pop back up.

Are you someone who has shopped with Pursevalley right before they got shut down and not received your stuff? Or do you have any idea what happened to them? Please leave a comment below and share your experiences to enlighten us!

Louis Vuitton Damier Graphite Keepall 45 Replica Review

Hello all! This review of my new Louis Vuitton Damier Graphite Keepall 45 is the third review in a series reflecting my Summer ’17 replica haul. You can see my original post outlining all of my purchases by clicking here.  Now this review is different in that I did not buy this bag to use myself but instead bought it for my brother.

After seeing my replica collection and how accurate pieces can be if a person knows how to properly shop for replicas, he requested the Keepall as a litmus test for how good men’s replicas can be. In the past I have purchased a men’s Louis Vuitton wallet in Damier Graphite for my hubby (about a year and a half ago) and the quality has held up pretty well thus far. My brother who I purchased the Keepall for, actually has an authentic bi-fold LV wallet in the monogram print and the two are indistinguishable in terms of quality, even though the models are different.

My brother picked the 45 cm size which is the smallest size available in the collection (the other sizes are 50 cm, 55 cm, and 60 cm). Although it is the smallest size in the collection the bag is still quite big and to be quite honest as soon as it arrived, I kind of fell in love, and am thinking of ordering a Monogram Keepall 45 for myself since it is perfect for weekend getaways, or any short overnight trips where luggage just isn’t necessary. I’ve always known that the Keepall is one of Louis Vuitton’s most iconic and classic pieces, but now I really understand how versatile the bag can be, and recommend it to everyone.

The LV Keepall replica came in packaged flat in the box which was actually really good in that it helped the bag keep its shape without damaging it during transit. One of my biggest worries when waiting for a package is always whether it will be damaged in transit – we all know how careless couriers usually are so if the sender does not take steps to mitigate damage in transit, whatever parcel you are receiving may turn out to be a lost cause. The bag is a counter quality replica like all the other replicas I buy (if you are new to the world of replicas and want to see the grading scale I have shopped with click here). Below you will find the details of my review which will focus on leather quality, hardware quality, stitching & interior of the bag.

LEATHER QUALITY:

One big misconception with Louis Vuitton, especially for first time buyers is that the authentic version of the Canvas series bags (Monogram Canvas, Damier Ebene, Damier Azur, Damier Grapite, Damier Cobalt) are 100% genuine leather. This is FALSE. The Canvas series bags are mainly made with what the title of the bag implies – canvas. Specifically they are made with coated canvas which is adjusted based on the specific print (e.g. Monogram vs. Damier Azur). What is supposed to be genuine leather on a Louis Vuitton bag is the trimming and detailing.

This is what CANVAS is. Louis Vuitton’s canvas bags are coated meaning the designs and colors are printed on this material to make them look like they do!

This means everything from the bag’s tags, handles, all the way to the strap should be genuine leather. The replica Keepall I ordered comes with genuine leather detailing and trimming since it is a counter quality replica. Many replica versions of this bag do not have genuine replica detailing and are usually made with plastic handles, straps etc. If you choose to go for a replica version of this bag make sure you confirm the handles, tags, and trimmings are made with real leather. If you already have a bag you can feel the difference between smooth cowhide and plastic, so you will know if you just feel it out.

HARDWARE QUALITY:

The original version of this bag is made with silver brass pieces, and the replica version of the bag I received was made with the same materials. In terms of heaviness I find Louis Vuitton’s hardware to be neither extremely heavy, nor super flimsy, but it is more on the lighter side compared to other brands like Gucci or Chanel.

INTERIOR OF THE BAG:

The authentic version of the Keepall has a cotton lined interior, and the replica version I purchased is also lined with cotton in the interior.  Since the interior is not leather in this case, I don’t have much to say, except that if you are purchasing a replica version of this bag make sure the interior lining color is black to match the original.

STITCHING:

This is an important aspect to pay attention to when it comes to any replica as it is what usually helps us decipher the mediocre from the great. I always make sure the stitching is clean and consistent throughout the bag, and the Keepall gets a strong pass in this case.

EXTRAS:

The bag came with a lock and key set, which is super heavy compared to the rest of of the hardware, and is on par with the original. The lock is embossed with the LV logo and comes with a little key as well.

Classic Lady Dior Bag Replica Review

Hello everyone!

Time for round 2 of my summer hall ’17 reviews! This time I will be reviewing the Lady Dior bag I purchased. The Lady Dior bag is part of Dior’s timeless classics series, and I’m sure we can all agree that the history, structure, and look of the bag all certainly support this. Fun fact – do you know why the Lady Dior bag is called the Lady Dior bag? Well after doing some snooping I found out it was named after none other than Lady Di herself – a.k.a the late Princess of Wales, Diana. So if you are already lucky enough to own one of these bags then now you know your bag is steeped in a bit of royal history. And for those who have been coveting the bag – in other words dying to get one – it only gives you an extra reason to move it up on your wishlist!

I myself can certainly see why Princess Diana loved the bag. It has a regal essence to it and I believe it can make the least sophisticated of gals – myself included – look a little more elegant by sporting this look. As you can tell from the montage above, Princess Diana was obsessed with the bag and had the black color in every size and leather! When I decided to get the bag I naturally floated towards picking black myself – so hey I guess Lady Di and I have something in common when it comes to gravitating towards black accessories! Anyways jokes aside I decided to go for the Lady Dior in the original size in black lambskin (not the mini or the large) with gold hardware. I love the look of silver hardware on a Lady Dior too, but for some reason  felt the black really popped out against the black and I fell in love with the look. The original a.k.a authentic version of the bag retails for around $4,100 USD while I got mine for less than a 1/10 of that at about $400 USD.

I paid for a counter quality replica which means that the bag is as close to the real deal as possible – if you have been reading the blog in the past you know I don’t like to mess around with poor fakes – they are a waste of money in my opinion & I am buying the bag to last as long as the original therefore I only shop for the best. The features of this specific bag that make it counter quality include the leather quality, the hardware quality, the stitching, the interior of the bag, and the overall feel of the bag. I will go into detail about all those details below:

LEATHER QUALITY :

The leather of the bag is genuine lambskin leather and I must tell you it is uber supple. Genuine lambskin leather should have a super buttery feel and the leather on this bag gets a big pass when it comes to this criteria. The leather is very comparable to the Chanel classic flap series which should also be super butter-y. If you buy a poor fake with fake leather that would ruin the whole look of this bag as the quality of the leather will be visible from a mile away.

HARDWARE QUALITY :

Good quality hardware should be as heavy as the original. Some brands have lighter hardware while others have a heavier hardware. Dior is a brand that is in the middle when it comes to hardware heaviness. The charms are a bit heavier than the zipper and handles, but overall the there is a good weight to the hardware on this bag. The bag also has little pegs at the bottom to prevent it from getting dirty and also prevents the leather from getting scratched. I personally hate it when brands make bags with delicate leather like lambskin and do not include feet at the bottom (especially if you end up going for the real bag and spending 4 grand), but fortunately the Lady Dior is not one of those bags!

STITCHING –

The stitching quality of a bag can either make or break a replica, and the case of this Lady Dior replica it makes the bag. Each square has a 9 count stitch which is on par with the authentic. Once again making a comparison to Chanel, the stitching is something that easily gives away a fake when it comes to that brand too as you notice an overly puffy classic flap. If your replica does not have a good stitch count on par with the original you don’t need to look at any other characteristics as it is bad fake period.

INTERIOR –

My last and favorite place of a replica bag I peek at in order to judge in order to assess the quality is the interior of the bag. A counter quality bag and a mediocre bag may look similar in many regards however the interior is usually what gives the bag away as fake. Most replica manufacturers use fake leather on the interior of a bag because they are cheap and trying to maximize their dollar made. I always look for a counter quality model of a bag that has real leather or original quality fabric on the interior, and in this case the Dior’s interior is made with real leather trimmings on the interior leather zipper while the actual interior is outlined with a red logo imprinted fabric.

EXTRAS-

The bag came with a strap that can be used to wear the bag on your shoulder as opposed to simply holding it.

Overall this Lady Dior replica bag is a good example of what a good replica bag should look like and what you should look for when shopping for one if you decide to go for a replica instead of a used or authentic!

Goyard St Louis Tote Replica Review

Hello everyone!

This is the first review of a five part series outlining my Summer ’17 haul (to read my sneak peak article click here), and the first bag I will be reviewing based on popular demand is the Goyard St. Louis tote which I got from here. The Goyard St. Louis tote is highly sought after, and unlike many other brand (ahem ahem LV) you aren’t likely to spot them out and about as much. This is what really attracted me to the Goyard St. Louis tote because it’s nice to have a bag that is undercover luxury. The Goyard St. Louis tote really reminds me of the Louis Vuitton Neverfull, and I like to liken them as cousins that are similar yet very different. The Louis Vuitton Neverfull in the classic Monogram print is very in your face – the brand LV’s initials are splattered all over the bag.

The Goyard St. Louis tote on the other hand is much more demure, and the print is optical-illusion-esque with small logo brand imprints all over. Like the Neverfull the Goyard St. Louis is very functional and versatile offering a LOT of space, and a neat little pouch on the interior to keep your small stuff in. The bag has gorgeously soft leather finishings. Now as a replica bag, I will say that I have not seen many good copies of the Goyard St. Louis. There are a lot of mediocre replicas out there but they aren’t made with the same care and usually something about the pattern tends to be off. However, as usual, I ordered a counter quality copy of the bag which means that these small things are taken into consideration by the manufacturers and this is what make the bag look pretty much identical to the original.

Anyways I will let the pictures speak for themselves (they are worth a thousand words after all), and have a peak below to see them for yourself. Let me know how good of a fake you think it is and if you can spot anything “off” about the bag in the comments.

Summer ’17 Replica Haul Sneak Peak!

Hello dolls!

Hope everyone’s (almost) summer is going well! This is a brief post in which I wanted to give everyone a sneak peak of some of my recent (and AWESOME) replica bag purchases. I will be doing detailed reviews on each bag within the next couple of weeks but decided to quickly post a group shot of the haul for everyone to take a look at. The bags are all outstanding (some a bit more than others), and I look forward to sharing more in depth reviews of each bag with you! In the mean time, let me know which review you are most looking forward to! 🙂

Scammer Alert: Do Not Buy Replicas From Instagram Sellers

Hello all. I received an unfortunate email from a blog reader who wishes to share her story of being scammed by purchasing through social media (Instagram in this case). I have noticed that the number of blog readers interested in Instagram replica bag sellers and quite frankly there are a lot of security flags that arise with social media that make me feel very uncomfortable with even thinking of purchasing from there. Unlike a website which has a verifiable history and record, social media accounts can pop up and disappear within moments. This means you are putting yourself at the mercy of an individual who presents themselves a certain way on a free social media platform (we all know how easy it is to set up a fake social media account) and putting your money at a very high risk. I strongly suggest you do not purchase anything through social media – whether it be an authentic bag or fake bag because there is simply not enough security or reassurance. If you come across a seller with a website linking to their profile that is a different story (and of course their website still needs to be vetted). Anyways here is the contents of the email I received warning everyone to stay away from an individual named Kiran Taha Berat (shame on him) who is stealing people’s money with no remorse:

Good afternoon. I came across the beware of scammers section and Im glad I did. I was looking for Chanel Supers and came across a man named Kiran Taha Berat from Budapest Hungary. Our communications were through WhatsApp. He had me send the money through Western Union. I’ve been waiting for months. I kept getting the run around. First it was “Oh we sold the last one and are waiting to restock”. Second was “Sorry we are no longer getting that model so heres some that we carry”. When I didnt like what was being offered they said I have to wait for the new shipment. Then I was sent photos of bags I actually liked. I made my choice and was told they’d be delivered asap. A week later I asked what day he sent it to me and disnt get a response for about 3 days. After waiting about 2 months I finally said if my order wasnt shipped by Friday that I want a full refund. The following day I was blocked on the app as well as his Instagram. Now I’m out of $1070.00. Im including screenshots and you can do what you like with them. I just wanted to warn everyone and anyone. He shouldn’t be able to rob people so easily. Now I have no idea what I should do.

Balenciaga Called Out By Ikea For Copying Their Bag Design!

The IKEA FRATKA bag is 1/2000th of the cost of the Balenciaga bag! To anyone who is actually considering buying the Balenciaga bag: please for the sake of everyone’s sanity – rethink your decision!

It’s funny when the tables turn and designer companies are seen knocking off (either purposefully or not) lesser known brands, or in this case a very famous brand – IKEA. If you have ever shopped in IKEA you have probably spotted the FRATKA bag – it is a blue tarpaulin inspired bag that can hold all the things you didn’t need (but ended up picking up anyways) at IKEA during your shopping trip. Balenciaga recently released their Arena Extra-Large Shopper Tote bag which costs $2144 USD. The bags look shockingly similar to the point where if you were to walk into IKEA with the Balenciaga bag, I guarantee it would 100% be mistaken for the FRATKA. Whether Balenciaga was “inspired” (or “replicated”) by the FRATKA bag is unknown, but I think it’s safe to say that they look identical.

Taking notice of the similarities, IKEA created a funny poster in which they guide shoppers on how to identify an original IKEA FRATKA bag. This is quite funny as we are all used to seeing the tables turned (a.k.a major designers going after other companies that knock off their designs), and quite ironic in that sense.

Of course IKEA’s message was simply in jest, and the company fired off this official statement regarding Balenciaga’s homage to their iconic bag: “We are deeply flattered that the Balenciaga tote bag resembles the Ikea iconic sustainable blue bag for 99 cents. Nothing beats the versatility of a great big blue bag!”

What do you think of Balenciaga’s purposeful (or accidental) copying of IKEA’s FRATKA bag? Should IKEA have been more stern with Balenciaga and pursued legal action? … Just kidding about that one, but it was hard not to ask ;-P … As I have mentioned before I personally think copy or no-copy the bag looks utterly hideous and I definitely cannot imagine myself spending over two grand to carry this EVER. The original IKEA FRATKA however sounds like a delightful and super useful tote (according to IKEA’s ad it can even carry water) which is worth the $0.99. Of course in cases like these we are reminded that high fashion can be ridiculous in terms of cost, and this is one of those time where it glaringly shows.  Sound off with your opinion in the comments below to let me know what you think!

Can You Spot A Fake Hermès Birkin? A Guide to Authentic vs Replica Hermès Birkin Bags

Can you tell which Birkin is fake and which one is real?

Many people are afraid to buy a fake Hermès Birkin bag, both knowingly or unknowingly. Considering these bags can run up to the $100s of thousands (especially if they are exotic leather editions) it makes sense to KNOW your Hermès before you embark upon the re-seller market to make sure you don’t get cheated by a seller. Even if you are looking for a fake it is important to know what key aspects of the bag are important to get a good knockoff vs. a piece of junk.  In this article I will be comparing my replica Hermès Birkin (which I previously reviewed here) to an authentic Birkin in the same model. Please note that the replica being used to compare to the authentic bag is a super fake so the quality is very high – your average fake bag will not be as good! At the end of the article I will reveal which bag is fake! Put on your detective glasses and try to spot the fake to see if you know your Hermès authentication as well as you do!

  1. Slouchiness is not necessarily a sign that your bag is either fake or real!

Before I begin to go through key things to pay attention to when looking at a fake vs. real Birkin, I would like to note that you do not need to pay attention to the slouchiness of the bags. This is not a sign that will indicate whether the bag you are examining is fake or real. The bags featured both are made with Togo leather however the difference is that one bag is brand new, thus the leather is still quite stiff and so the shape of the bag is also more stiff. However as your Togo leather Birkin ages the bag naturally becomes more slouchy and this is part of the look of the Togo leather that many Hermès fans love, while some others prefer to keep the shape of the bag stiff and opt for other leathers which are better at keeping the shape! Look below at a well aged authentic Birkin in Togo leather to see how the slouchiness tends to look. If your brand new Hermès bag’s shape is really out of whack however this is a sign that your bag is most likely fake since the bag should have a clean shape when it is new!

As you can see the leather on this bag has slouched quite a bit – it is a natural part of an aging Togo leather Hermès Birkin.

2. Take a look at the stamping of the Hermès logo.

An authentic bag’s stamp should be clean and uniform, however on fake bags the stamp usually looks unclean – a.k.a spotty and irregular. Take a look at the stamps on both bags, as pictured below, to see which looks better/worse.

Which bag has better stamping?

3. Take a look at the stitching.

Hermès stitching should be done on a slant – not a straight line. If you see the stitching on your bag is done in a straight manner the bag is 100% fake. This is probably the easiest thing to look at to weed out a very bad fake. Keep in mind however that if the threading is slanted, this does not mean that is 100% real, since many replica manufacturers are aware of this and stitch their bags accordingly. As you can see both bags pictured in this article feature slanted stitching.

4. Take a look at the hardware.

The font of the Hermès stamp on the hardware should be thin and elegant. If you notice a boxy or thick font the bag is definitely fake! Additionally the letters should not be too far apart on the stamping.

5. Take a look at the inside strap of the bag!

The strap’s cutout should be done nice and cleanly, and the threading should continue to be clean. Additionally you should see some numbers engraved into the inside of the strap. These refer to the production run in which the bag was produced. If there are no numbers the bag you have is definitely a fake!

6. Take a look at the leather of the bag!

The leather on a Hermès bag should be rich and feel buttery smooth – especially if it is a Togo leather bag. You can use your basic instincts when judging the leather – it should be smooth to the touch and feel luxurious – these bags are pricey for a reason after all!

So do you think you’ve guessed it? Which bag did you think was real, and which did you think was fake? Well time for the grand reveal… the bag on the right is fake! The bag on the left is real. Did you guess right or were you confused? Well if you were confused don’t feel to bad since as I mentioned earlier the fake being compared to the original in this article is a superfake or counter quality replica which means it is the best of the best when it comes to knockoffs. It’s hard for authentication experts to judge it to be fake, let alone the average consumer! Leave a comment below letting me know how accurate your authentication skills were!

Prada Esplanade Replica Bag Review

Hello my lovely blog readers!

I had promised to share this review back in 2016 but never got around to it. So sorry for the super long delay but here are the pictures of the amazing Prada Esplanade bag I got in two tone (white/navy blue combo). The bag is a counter quality replica – as you all know by now is the best grade of replica which exists out there. The bag is a mix of calf leather/saffiano leather and I think that the leather combination works well. The bag is the super sophisticated and I think it looks bets paired with a cute little black dress on a night out. Although you could totally pull it off as a day bag as well. The Esplanade is definitely a statement bag – it is not a subtle piece, but it really really stands out so if you are looking for something to give your outfit a bit of a pop or wow factor I would really suggest this Prada model. Without further ado here are pics of my bag:

Can You Spot a Fake Louis Vuitton Bag? Authentic vs. Replica Louis Vuitton Neverfull Comparison

louis-vuitton-neverfull-authentication-guide-fake-vs-real

One bag is a GM (the one on the left with the white background) while the other is an MM so please keep that difference in mind while reading this guide!

Louis Vuitton is and always will be one of the most wanted designer brands out there! The Neverfull bag specifically is one of their most famous bags – celebs and fashionistas from all walks of life have shown their love for the bag. I personally love the Neverfull because it is one of the most functional bags in my wardrobe – it is big and fits EVERYTHING! Especially if you go for the bag in its largest size – the GM! This handbag review will compare an authentic Louis Vuitton Neverfull Mimosa bag to a replica version of the same bag. So can you tell off the bat which is fake? Whether your answer is yes or no scroll down below to see if you’re right!

louis-vuitton-neverfull-authentication-guide-fake-vs-real-2

1) Look at the canvas quality of the bag

This is a hard difference to spot between these 2 bags since the canvas quality is on point for the replica, but a bad knockoff will have a plastic-y feel to the canvas material. The canvas refers to the monogrammed brown material used for the body of the bag.

louis-vuitton-neverfull-authentication-guide-fake-vs-real-3

2) Look at the stitching of the bag at the sides & underneath the bag

Once again the replica bag featured in this post is of a very high quality so it is hard to notice a major flaw, but make sure that the side of the bag’s stitching aligns. The shapes on the Monogram Canvas should also align on the sides of the bag. If you spot poor or spotty stitching, or stitching that is very loose quickly then you most likely have a bad fake on your hands. Looking underneath the bag is very important as many replica sellers get lazy when it comes to the bottom of a bag and cut corners on a spot they think most people don’t pay attention to so make sure you peek underneath!

louis-vuitton-neverfull-authentication-guide-fake-vs-real-4

3) Look inside the bag to see the quality of the lining

As mentioned before replica sellers often cut corners on areas they perceive to be less important on a bag such as the interior so make sure to look inside your potential purchase before spending any money! The interior of a Louis Vuitton neverfull is a cotton lining that is sturdy. Make sure to pay attention to the lining print and the pocket where the Louis Vuitton logo is printed. If anything looks off or the logo looks funny you may have a fake on your hands. The interior of the authentic bag in this case has a bit of a cleaner look around the seams of the bottom however other than that the two interiors look virtually identical.

louis-vuitton-neverfull-authentication-guide-fake-vs-real-5

4) Look inside the bag to see the stamping

One final think you can take a look at in order to determine whether your bag is fake or real is to take a look at the stamping on the interior label of the bag (which is on the pocket on the inside). Not only should you inspect the stitching around the label but you should also look at the way the words are stamped. If you see the T’s connect in “VUITTON” or if you see poor stamping quality this may indicate you have a fake. The replica bag pictured above is of a high quality (or it can be considered a superfake) so once again it is hard to spot these issues on that specific bag.

So how did you do? Did you easily figure out which bag was the fake? Well if you haven’t by now it was the one of the right hand side of the screen (the bag with the darker pictures/non-white background). This bag is actually a very good replica (a superfake or counter quality replica) so the tips given in this article don’t necessarily apply, but most replica bags out there are not superfakes so you will be able to easily spot these flaws. I hope this guide is helpful for either a replica buyer looking to buy a copy of the Louis Vuitton neverfull handbag (so they know how to purchase a top quality bag) as well as anyone looking to buy an authentic and wanting to make sure they don’t get duped into paying the authentic price tag for a knockoff Louis Vuitton!  Feel free to comment below and let me know whether you’d go authentic or fake for this Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag!
